WHERE DO I DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY CHILD?
Pull in the back parking lot of Schuyler-Colfax Middle School
1500 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ 07470.
*Note Each child will need to be signed out at pick-up.
Drop-Off: 8:30AM-9:00AM
Pick-Up: 12:00PM-12:30PM
*FRIDAY PICK-UP IS 1:00pm
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP EACH DAY?
Campers should bring a snack or money for snack, a water bottle, and sunscreen. Please make sure to label everything with your camper’s name; less to bring, less to lose!
CAN CHILDREN USE THEIR CELLPHONES WHILE THEY’RE AT CAMP?
Cellphones must be left in the camper's bag during activities, however during snack time and in emergency situations, campers will be allowed to use their cellphones.
*Please note that Field Day Sports Summer Camp is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
WHEN WILL MY CHILD RECEIVE THEIR CAMP SHIRTS?
On the child’s first day of camp they will receive their shirts. They will also be given an orientation of the rules and regulations of camp on that day.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR MY CAMP T-SHIRT* TO CAMP?
No, not daily, but we ask that all campers wear it on Fridays. *Note: Camp T-Shirts are supplied by Field Day Sports to all campers, at No-Charge, on the first day of camp.
WHO WILL BE SUPERVISING MY CHILD EACH DAY?
A Certified K–12 Physical Education Teacher, certified elementary and middle school teachers, and resposnisble high school counselors.
WHAT ACTIVITIES/GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT CAMP?

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Attire must allow for easy, comfortable movement for camp activities.
SHIRTS
All shirts must completely cover torso. NO crop tops, halter tops, tube tops, or shirts that expose a bareback. *Shirts must be worn at all times.
PANTS AND SHORTS
Must be an appropriate length (fingertip). *No jeans, skirts, or dresses allowed.
FOOTWEAR
Closed-toed sneakers must be worn at all times during camp activities. *NO CROCKS or open-toed/backless shoes will be permitted. *CROCS PERMITTED ONLY ON WATER DAYS
JEWELRY
**For safety reasons, NO jewelry will be allowed. If you wear a medical alert bracelet please note it on your registration form. (Field Day Sports Summer Camp is not responsible for jewelry-related injuries or lost/broken items.)
PROHIBITED
Articles of clothing/hats displaying inappropriate symbols, pictures, or language (i.e. promoting drugs, alcohol, disrespectful messages, inappropriate art, etc.) Items of clothing that expose bare midriffs, bare chests, undergarments, or that are transparent (see through) are prohibited.
If you have to question what you are wearing, it may not be appropriate for camp. Feel free to ask the Camp Director if you have questions.
**Note: If adherence to the dress code is not followed, you may be asked to change or leave. There really is no fashion statement to be made at camp so relax and have fun!
WHAT IF IT RAINS? WILL WE STILL HAVE CAMP?
Yes. We will hold camp indoors in the event of inclement weather. (In the Gym)
WILL THERE BE A PLACE FOR CAMPERS TO BUY SNACKS?
A variety of concessions will be sold during snack time, including but not limited to Gatorade, freeze-pops, chips, cookies, fruit snacks, pretzels, Cheez its, Goldfish, etc. (*Please make sure to note all allergies on your registration form!) *All snacks are nut free
**Note Friday Pizza is available during snack for $3 a slice
WILL THERE BE A PLACE FOR CAMPERS TO REFILL THEIR WATER BOTTLE?
Yes! A water cooler will be available, and there are also water fountains on site where you can refill your bottle.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS A DAY? SHOULD I NOTIFY THE CAMP?
Yes. Please send us an email to fielddaysportssc@gmail.com and let us know you will be absent.
(Sorry, no refunds will be given for any missed days.)
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry, no. All camp registration fees are non-refundable. When you completed the registration process and submitted payment, you acknowledged and agreed to our no-refund policy. Each registration immediately incurs administrative and operational costs and secures staffing, resources, and materials for your child’s spot. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
No refunds or credits will be issued for: change of mind after registration, scheduling conflicts or other personal reasons, failure to attend camp for any reason, late arrivals, early departures, dismissal from camp, or inability to attend all or any part of a session.
